Reporting
Use the 'Suggest a correction' button on any record, or contact us directly. Evidence helps but is not required.
Response
Corrections are acknowledged and triaged. Factual errors are fixed promptly; contested interpretations are recorded on the record itself.
Transparency
Significant changes are noted in the record's revision history.
